Carrot Cakes where you look! A very special friend of mine got married on the 28th of January 2012. They decided too have carrot cake for the wedding cake and that would then also be the dessert for all the guests. I had one double layer carrot cake for them to cut and then four extra cakes to have enough cake for everyone!
