On the 6th of August two of my best friends got married. Although Jolene & Ian have now been married for more than a year I decided to still add their wedding cake to the blog. May you have an eternity of happy moments and great memories. Love you both!
For their wedding cake they decided to have individual portions of cake. Every individual unit was a square piece of chocolate cake, soaked with black tea. The cake was boxed in with chocolate sides and then filled with chocolate mousse. Every piece was then topped with an Amarula truffle. It was very time consuming to create the individual pieces, but in the end one of my best creations yet.
