The cake: A double layer chocolate mousse cake, topped with Amarula truffles covered in white chocolate.  Red roses to give the cake the x-factor.

Wedding Cake 4 February 2012

Erick & Wilmien got married!!! Two amazing friends of mine got married and wanted something plain and simple for the wedding cake.  Cupcakes was the final decision.  Chocolate cupcakes with a hidden caramel cream centre, topped with chocolate mousse.  Decorations used was small paper birds that was part of the theme for their wedding.  Love you guys!!
