ALL WHITE WEDDING CAKE:  Gerbach & Elri went for the modern-traditional white cake.  Both layers made of vanilla cake covered with cream cheese icing.  Decorated with White Roses, Belgium White Chocolate and topped with Amurala Liqueur and Non-Alcoholic Coffee Truffles.
