Wedding Cake.. Back to the basics!!

Nanette wanted a very plain and basic wedding cake.  She is a no-fuss lady and she didn't want anything to splashing.

She decided on a Red Velvet Cake with White Chocolate Sides.  Roses was too formal for her taste so she decided on Daisies... creating a soft look for the cake.

Wat 'n voorreg om te kon bak vir my skoonsus se ouma wat hierdie jaar 80 geword het.

Ouma Freda is allergies vir suiwel, dus is die hele koek suiwelvry behalwe vir die sjokolade aan die kante.

1 Laag Sjokolade koek versier met 'n Orely Whip versiering.. Njummies!

Karien & Garth got married on a sunny afternoon in Pretoria.

I have known Karien from our days at varsity and what a privilege to make their day extra special with something sweet before they go for their photo shoot.

One layer Chocolate Mousse Cake topped with Amarula Truffles.

Red Velvet Cupcakes filled with a Cherry Liqueur filling topped with a Cream Cheese Mousse!
