Pavlova



PAVLOVA!!!! I tried a new recipe for pavlova and for the first time it worked.  It had the most amazing marshmallow centre.  Filling the top of the pavlova with cream and a mixture of berries drenched in a cherry liqueur and sugar syrup. Only one bite and you will be hooked.  Only the sides have the sweet meringue taste with the soft center.
