What a privilege to be the one asked to do the gifts for Franzen Architects at their End Year Function for the 3rd year in a row!! #Blessed!!

The first two years I made chocolate truffles and they asked for them again, but I had the crazy moment where I rather suggested the Cake Pop Trio.  

Definitely worth all the hours of work when you receive the compliments.. Thank you Franzen Architects!!

Wedding Cake.. Back to the basics!!

Nanette wanted a very plain and basic wedding cake.  She is a no-fuss lady and she didn't want anything to splashing.

She decided on a Red Velvet Cake with White Chocolate Sides.  Roses was too formal for her taste so she decided on Daisies... creating a soft look for the cake.

Ouma Freda word 80!!

Wat 'n voorreg om te kon bak vir my skoonsus se ouma wat hierdie jaar 80 geword het.

Ouma Freda is allergies vir suiwel, dus is die hele koek suiwelvry behalwe vir die sjokolade aan die kante.

1 Laag Sjokolade koek versier met 'n Orely Whip versiering.. Njummies!

Karien & Garth got married on a sunny afternoon in Pretoria.

I have known Karien from our days at varsity and what a privilege to make their day extra special with something sweet before they go for their photo shoot.

One layer Chocolate Mousse Cake topped with Amarula Truffles.

Red Velvet Cupcakes filled with a Cherry Liqueur filling topped with a Cream Cheese Mousse!

300 Cake Pops vir die dag.... 

(100 Chocolate Pops, 100 Wortelkoek Pops en 100 Red Velvet Pops)

Lank voor Nathalie al vir Wimpie ontmoet het is daar besluit sy wil cake pops hê vir haar troudag.  So het die groot bak toe begin om 300 cake pops te maak vir die spesiale dag.  Wat 'n voorreg om deel te kon wees van hierdie ongelooflike spesiale dag.

Ek het nog nooit so baie balletjies gerol nie - maar die mense het dit geniet!

Oh Boy.. It's Twins!!

Ruaan and Janie have been waiting years to become Dad and Mom.

It was so special to share in this special occasion to bless them with gifts and visits before they become parents.  Their twins will arrive at the beginnig of June.  

We just had to make the babyshower extra special with something different... so we decided to do Cake Pops!!

Die Lemmers het getrou!!

Wat 'n voorreg om nog 'n troukoek te kon maak om by te dra tot 'n spesiale dag vir 2 mense.  Dit is altyd lekker om ook terugvoer te ontvang dat die koek lekker was en dat daar nie oorgebly het nie.  Elke keer as ek dit maak is dit anders, elke koek het sy eie identiteit omdat dit saam 'n unieke geleentheid gaan.  Mag julle ook 'n ongelooflike, geseënde huwelik hê.
